Welcome To The Show!
Welcome to The Dive Locker Podcast, the podcast for dive professionals where we bring you the latest in diving industry resources that make you excellent at teaching techniques, risk management and dive business.
Today I want to share a massive teachable moment from this past weekends dive trip where we did an in – service training for the NSU Academic Diving Program. We had objectives to complete, but the conditions presented to us changed, or would have changed, the outcome of those objectives. And what ensured was dramatic and hair raising. In the end, we had to dissect the events and they became great teachable moments for our entire staff. And the importance of being able to call the dive as a dive professional rang out loud and clear! I can’t wait to share this with you.
