In this episode of The Dive Locker Podcast we look at all the features of the DEMA Show 2020 Online four day virtual trade show.
Welcome To The Show!
Welcome to The Dive Locker Podcast, the podcast for dive professionals where we bring you the latest in diving industry resources that make you excellent at teaching techniques, risk management and dive business.
Well my friends if only we could be in New Orleans enjoying the DEMA Show in person. You know interactions with industry colleagues is the number one reason why attendees go to the DEMA Show? Sounds about right, that’s how I feel. Sure we can look at new gear, book some destinations and learn a thing or two but its really the comeradere and the interactions with diving industry friends and colleagues that make me so excited to go every year.
But this year is different. Covid lockdowns have made everything virtual and although you and I may have Zoom fatigue it is still a way to connect. And I applaud DEMA for preserving the second most popular reason why dive pro’s go to the DEMA Show and that is for professional development by attending the dozens of DEMA sponsored and exhibitor sponsored seminars that take place. That is done through this years virtual show, and that is what I want to share with you today. How to navigate through the DEMA Show 2020 Online – what’s hot, what’s not and everything in between.
